Who We Are

MT Scaling Ltd is a Meta ads agency based in Scotland. We run paid social media advertising campaigns for trade and construction businesses across the UK.

What Data We Collect

We collect personal data in two places on this website:

• Contact form — when you get in touch via our website we collect your name, business type, location, monthly budget, and the contents of your message.
• Client portal — when you complete our onboarding form as a signed client we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, service area, details about your business, your goals, your ad budget, and your Facebook and Meta Business Manager account information.

We do not collect any data through cookies, analytics tools, or tracking scripts on this website. The only cookie we use is a functional login cookie for the client portal, which is strictly necessary for the portal to work and does not track you.

Why We Collect It

We collect contact form data to respond to your enquiry and assess whether we can help your business.

We collect client portal data to set up and manage your Meta advertising campaigns on your behalf. We cannot provide our service without this information.

Our legal basis for processing this data is legitimate interests for contact form enquiries, and contract performance for client onboarding data.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data only to communicate with you and deliver our advertising services. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing purposes, or use it for any purpose beyond what is described in this policy.

Your data may be shared with Meta Platforms Inc. where necessary to set up and manage your ad campaigns. Meta's own privacy policy applies to data processed through their platforms.

How Long We Keep It

We keep contact form enquiry data for 12 months. We keep client data for the duration of our working relationship and for 6 years afterwards in line with UK tax and accounting requirements.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct any inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights contact us at sales@mtscaling.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
